Job Description

We arrived on site and found the existing tankless water heater not working properly. We looked into repair parts and found the parts are no longer made for the 10 plus year old tankless water heater. We discussed options with the customer and they decided to go ahead with replacing the unit. We installed a new Rinnai RE180e tankless water heater and a new remote controller in the master bathroom. We cleaned up the area and checked the operation. The customer was happy to have a new tankless water heater with endless hot water.
