What We Do

How We Keep Your Drains & Sewer Lines Flowing

On-demand hot water without the tank — here’s how we get you there and keep it running.

Kitchen • Toilet • Shower

Drain Cleaning & Maintenance

From a slow kitchen sink to a backed-up shower, we clear and maintain every drain in the house — plus the grease, hair, and buildup that cause it.

Main Line

Sewer Line Repair & Clog Clearing

Toilet gurgles or more than one drain backing up at once usually means the main line, not just one fixture. We diagnose it and clear it — hydro-jetting included for stubborn clogs.

Tree-Safe Removal

Root Removal

Tree roots are drawn to the warmth and nutrients in your sewer line. We clear them out and, wherever possible, protect the tree while we’re at it.

See Inside the Pipe

Camera Inspections

A fiber-optic camera on a flexible cable lets us see cracks, blockages, and root intrusion directly — no guessing, no unnecessary digging.

Deep Clean

Hydro-Jetting

For grease, scale, and buildup a standard drain snake can’t clear, high-pressure water jetting scours the pipe clean.

Stay Ahead of It

Preventive Maintenance

Scheduling annual inspections and cleanings is the easiest way to prevent an emergency backup before it starts.

Frequently Asked

Drain & Sewer Questions, Answered

What are the signs of a sewer line clog?

Toilet gurgles, more than one drain running slow at the same time, foul odors, and a toilet clog that keeps coming back are all common signs. One odd but reliable tell: water backing up through the shower drain when the washing machine runs.

Can tree roots really damage a sewer line?

Yes. Warm water in the sewer line creates a nutrient-rich draw that tree roots seek out; they work into small cracks or loose joints and keep growing, widening the damage over time. Older clay and concrete pipe is more vulnerable than PVC or cast iron.

How does a camera inspection work?

A flexible fiber-optic camera on a cable is fed into the line through a cleanout. We watch a live, well-lit HD feed to spot cracks, blockages, and root intrusion directly — without digging up your yard to find it.

What causes most drain and sewer clogs?

Mostly what goes down the drain — grease, fats, and oils; wipes and “flushable” products; hair — plus aging pipe and tree root intrusion over time.

How often should I have my drains inspected or cleaned?

We recommend annual inspections and cleanings — more often if you’re in a wooded area or still have older clay or concrete pipe.
