How quickly can you respond to a repair request?
We prioritize scheduling and typically arrange an appointment within a few days. For urgent issues, we do our best to get there as quickly as possible.
Can I install a sink, toilet, or appliance myself?
You can, but Virginia code requires a licensed plumber for supply-line work, and DIY installs are a common source of water-damage calls. A licensed plumber uses new supply lines instead of reusing old ones, secures fixtures properly, and backs the work with a warranty.
Why does my garbage disposal keep jamming?
Usually the wrong food type, too much waste at once, non-food items, or not running enough water while it works. A stuck shredder ring can often be freed safely — if not, we’ll replace the unit.
